We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to oversee retail and wholesale operations in the Corozal Free Zone. The role involves managing two stores and a warehouse, leading sales teams, optimizing profitability, and developing new commercial opportunities in the border region.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control daily retail operations and sales strategies.
- Supervise stores and warehouse to ensure optimal profitability.
- Lead and motivate sales teams, setting goals and incentive programs.
- Oversee customer service standards, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with logistics and purchasing for efficient product replenishment.
- Identify and develop new B2B clients (restaurants, casinos, cafés, etc.).
- Report directly to Retail Management on results and performance.
Ideal Profile
Preferably Mexican or Belizean nationality (for mobility and border familiarity).Proven experience in retail and wholesale sales , store management, and team leadership.Strong commercial drive and professional presentation.Ability to expand wholesale channels and attract new business clients.Knowledge of border trade dynamics, logistics, and safety management.Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field .At least 5 years of retail management experience .Excellent organizational and communication skills.Results-oriented, analytical, and strategic mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; basic accounting and marketing knowledge desirable.Intermediate to advanced English is a plus.
