As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our internal and external customers.

The primary focus of this position is to deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair, consistent, and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of conversations, issues raised, and resolutions achieved.
Collaborate with internal teams as needed to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

Minimum High school Diploma or equivalent qualification

At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role

Advanced proficiency in English language skills

Availability for full-time work schedule

Desirable Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service or experience in a client-facing role

Able to empathize with customers and provide solutions-oriented support

Active listening skills to engage fully with customers' concerns

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficiency in computer systems and online navigation to support customer interactions
