Logistics and Operations Expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite

Descripción del trabajo5+ years of system analysis and design experience, including creation of functional requirements for enterprise-level business applications. Implementation experience of 3+ years in Oracle Planning Cloud Solutions, specifically in demand planning and S&OP. Experience in full software development lifecycle process. Delivery of solutions via Agile methodologies preferred. Business Insight : Apply knowledge of business and marketplace to advance organizational goals. Customer Focus : Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. Global Perspective : Approach issues using a global lens. Manages Complexity : Make sense of complex information to solve problems effectively. Manages Conflict : Handle conflict situations effectively with minimal disruption. Optimizes Work Processes : Know effective and efficient processes to get things done. Tech Savvy : Anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building digital and technology applications. Solution Configuration : Configure solutions for COTS applications using industry standards and tools. Solution Design : Create and define solution designs meeting business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements. Solution Functional Fit Analysis : Analyze how well component parts interact to meet business and technical requirements. Solution Modeling : Create models, diagrams, and documentation using industry standards and tools. Solution Validation Testing : Validate configuration item changes or solutions to ensure they work as designed. Values Differences : Recognize and leverage diverse perspectives and cultures in an organization. College or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. Certification in Oracle Planning & Collaboration Cloud Implementation Professional required.
Supply Chain Management Specialist
This role is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your expertise in supply chain management, leveraging Oracle Planning and Demand Planning to drive business growth. You will be responsible for evaluating the functionality of these applications and providing recommendations to improve processes and capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to enhance business processes and capabilities utilizing Oracle Planning Cloud.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and review functional, architecture, and technical requirements.
- Define optimum application setup, high-level and detailed technical solution designs.
- Configure and verify Oracle Planning Cloud to meet functional demand planning and S&OP requirements.
- Design and oversee development of integration customizations, workflows, and extensions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Planning Cloud content, processes, procedures, and functionality.
- Conduct analysis to identify and recommend resolutions for functionality gaps in the application.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to improve application functionality and resolve issues.
- Create and manage functional specifications for projects.
