FabricAir has been a pioneer in air distribution solutions for over 50 years, delivering innovative HVAC systems to customers worldwide. We are expanding our presence in Mexico and Latin America and are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Engineer to join to our dynamic team.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will provide technical support, manage inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions and customer-centric support. You’ll collaborate with international colleagues and distributors to deliver tailored HVAC solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Technical Support : Advising customers and colleagues on HVAC engineering solutions.
• Quotation & Proposal Development : Preparing detailed quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Sales Follow-ups : Ensuring timely responses to inquiries, leads, and quotations.
• Order & Project Coordination : Liaising with production and logistics to ensure accurate order handling.
• Engineering Design : Designing HVAC systems and creating technical solutions.
• Workflow Management : Coordinating and planning tasks internally and externally.
• Customer Engagement : Maintaining proactive communication with clients.
• Process Improvement : Supporting workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
