Customer Service Professional

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, proactively resolving customer issues and converting them into passionate advocates.

  • Effective communication with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability

  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
