About The Role

We’re looking for a Data Scientist to help us build a deeper understanding of our users, detect and prevent fraud, and drive smarter decisions across Product, Risk, and Growth.

You’ll work on everything from designing data models to building predictive systems — helping us leverage data science to shape both product and business strategy.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll help lay the foundation of Común’s data science function during one of the most exciting stages of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop models and experiments to identify trends, detect anomalies, and optimize decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Growth to design and evaluate A / B tests and predictive systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and tools to support scalable analytics.
• Translate raw data into insights that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the design of fraud detection, credit, and risk‑scoring models.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
