Casino Leader Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Casino Leader to oversee the daily operations of our casino, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead Gaming Teams : Supervise gaming tables and ensure compliance with gaming rules and regulations.
- Mentor Dealers : Manage an international team of dealers, providing coaching and counseling to improve performance.
- Financial Management : Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and identify opportunities for expense reduction through cost control.
- Disciplinary Action : Ensure timely and effective disciplinary action process through coaching and counseling.
- Customer Satisfaction : Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a dealer, preferably with shipboard experience.Excellent mental arithmetic calculations skills, including calculating odds and percentages.Strong decision-making skills based on sound judgment.Ability to utilize customer service skills and exercise authority and discretion to satisfy guests.Demonstrated aptitude for managing headcount within assigned area.Benefits of Working as a Casino Leader
