Job Description

Development is the largest discipline at Endava.

Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries.

We are seeking experienced

Senior .

NET Developer

to join a high-impact team supporting the

development and validation of emulation models

across 4–8 large-scale warehouse automation projects, involving close collaboration with engineering and simulation teams.

The focus will be on building accurate emulation models, debugging complex systems, visualizing operational data, and supporting developer training.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain robust emulation models using C# and the BlueJay framework.

Participate in the configuration of warehouse hardware layouts and implementation of programmable logic controller (PLC) behavior in simulation.

Support the simulation of host system interactions and integrate test data for analysis.

Build and enhance Blazor-based dashboards to display KPIs and metrics for warehouse performance.

Collaborate closely with Bastian's internal developers and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Assist in onboarding, ramp-up activities, and peer training within the team.

Contribute to model validation, issue tracking, and debugging processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in

C# / .

NET development

Familiar with

Blazor

or similar modern web UI frameworks for metrics visualization.

Proficiency in object-oriented design, clean code practices, and version control (e.g., Git).

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills in distributed or simulation-heavy environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in remote teams.

Prior exposure to warehouse management, automation, or logistics domains.

Familiarity with emulation concepts.

Experience in simulation, hardware-software integration, or real-time systems.
