This Position reports to :

Production Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education / employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is : on site

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Assist in Product Development : Collaborate with the manufacturing and other teams on new process designs and transitions into production.
• Process Improvement : Help implement and evaluate process improvement projects on the shop floor, using lean principles like Kaizen, 5S, and VSM.
• Data Analysis : Perform data entry, analyze customer feedback, and assist with documentation to improve product quality and performance.
• Work Instructions : Update and maintain work instructions and visual aids to ensure alignment with current production processes.
