We keep our roster small and selective to ensure quality, and we're committed to building long-term, collaborative relationships.This is not a one-off gig, it's an opportunity to join a vetted pool of trusted partners we can call on for project-based work with some of the world's leading brands.What you'll doScope, plan, and manage on-set productions, from pre-production through post-production.Oversee budgets, crews, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on spec and on time.Partner with Superside's creative, technical, and customer teams to translate ambitious ideas into feasible productions.Anticipate risks, solve problems quickly, and maintain clarity in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.What you'll bringProven experience producing live-action, documentary, or commercial projects for global brands.Strong background in scoping, budgeting, and managing on-set crews.Ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and production roles, ensuring alignment and seamless delivery.Comfort working with a variety of production formats and locations.Clear English communication skills : able to understand briefs, provide updates, and ensure alignment with internal teams.Comfortable collaborating in remote, fast-paced teams.
