Payroll/HR Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing for assigned projects.
• Coordinates and schedules payroll and food voucher payments.
• Processes and generates SUA files (monthly and bimonthly).
• Reviews/Identifies discrepancies in employee contributions and employer-employee contributions (INFONAVIT and IMSS).
• Performs/Reviews employee withholdings.
• Manages personnel files.

Requirements:

• 2 years of payroll experience.
• Experience as an HR assistant, analyst, or specialist.
• Experience with legally mandated withholdings (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.).
• Knowledge of handling and clarifying IMSS and INFONAVIT requirements.
• Knowledge of FONACOT administration and payments.
• Knowledge of payroll account reconciliations.
