Job Title : Billing Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Billing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of billing administration for a portfolio of accounts.

Main Responsibilities

1. Review and validate invoice template components and invoicing data provided by Operations.

2. Communicate with Operations staff regarding program specifications.

3. Gather operational data from various reporting systems.

4. Update and maintain relevant billing data in financial systems and ensure that all charges are billed completely and accurately.

5. Assist in preparing quarterly technical documentation.

6. Assist in audit requests and other projects as deemed necessary.

7. Submit invoices through different client's platforms.

Collections Process

1. Follow up on the invoice reception and process.

2. Verify if client has any dispute or adjustment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience with complex billing, collections, and / or financial analysis is required.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
• An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle (or any other ERP), Noetix, and Hyperion is an asset.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
