Customer Service Representative Job Description

The ideal candidate is a people person who loves solving issues and building relationships with customers. They will be responsible for converting customers into passionate advocates by providing excellent service and support.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability to build trust and confidence with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Data entry in various platforms to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience to demonstrate expertise and knowledge.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication skills, and written skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
