Financial Process Specialist

The Financial Process Specialist is part of a cross-functional team that oversees process design for specific areas. This role has ownership of project deliverables, including controls design and recommendations, and serves as product owner for required functionality to mitigate risks.

• Share expertise in finance operating models and process structure.
• Propose risk-mitigation recommendations based on leading practices.
• Lead capabilities to coordinate working sessions with diverse operational teams.
• Participate in process redesign identifying rational and expected impact.
• Define required capabilities with the IT team for future processes.
• Communicate status updates to project leadership.
• Propose mitigation plans for identified risks and issues.
• Develop operational and strategic KPIs and reports.
• Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in audit or internal control management for finance processes.
• Experience in E2E implementation projects.
• Bilingual Spanish / English (B2 level or higher).
• Desirable Requirements :
• SAP HANA functionalities knowledge.
