Plant Assessment And Development Engineer

Engineering Excellence in Power GenerationThis position is focused on supporting the development and implementation of innovative solutions for plant assessments and flexibility enhancements.

As a key member of our Service Engineering team, you will contribute to the evaluation and optimization of mechanical equipment for large utility generators, encompassing nuclear, fossil, and combined cycle machines.The scope of this role includes solution development, integration, and project management.

You will lead technical projects, coordinate plant-specific optimization studies, and provide guidance to project teams.

Additionally, you will support R&D initiatives, business development, and customer interactions, ensuring alignment between market requirements and solution offerings.To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of power plant operations, processes, and maintenance concepts.

A university degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering, coupled with extensive experience in the Power Generation Service sector, is essential.

Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines and intercultural competence, are also required.A successful candidate will be able to interface directly with customers, field personnel, back-office staff, and management.
