We’re seeking a Virtual Appointment Setter / Follow Up Specialist to engage and nurture our seller leads and help drive more deals to the finish line.

As a Virtual Follow-Up Specialist, your role is to consistently follow up with prospective sellers, build rapport, and keep leads moving through the sales pipeline. Log all communication and updates in the CRM system with accuracy

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or escalate to the Acquisitions Manager
• Track and meet performance metrics (e.g., Previous experience in customer service, phone sales, or follow-up roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems (Podio, REsimpli, or similar preferred)
• Quiet and professional remote work setup with stable internet

Strong note-taking and data entry habits
