Responsibilities

Device Management with Microsoft Intune :

• Administer and support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices through Intune.
• Configure compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app protection policies.
• Implement Windows Autopilot for streamlined device deployment.
• Support Conditional Access integration with Azure AD and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint .
• Deploy and manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro integrated with Intune.
• Configure and enforce security policies such as FileVault and software distribution.
• Manage patching, software deployment, and device compliance using Ivanti EPM .
• Automate security updates and troubleshoot endpoint performance issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to enhance endpoint management efficiency.
• Train and support L1 / L2 teams in troubleshooting issues related to Intune, Jamf Pro, and Ivanti.
