Job Highlights
Hourly Rate : The equivalent of $7.2 USD per hour in the applicants local currency

Side Note : Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Responsibilities
Conduct strategic cold calling campaigns to Spanish-speaking prospects interested in Miami real estate investmentsGenerate and nurture leads through your personal databases and professional connections throughout Latin AmericaFollow up on high-quality marketing campaign leads provided by the companys multi-channel advertising effortsSchedule property viewings and presentations, then guide prospects through the complete sales process to closingMaster the companys comprehensive Miami real estate product portfolio through provided training programsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout their investment journey
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (US market experience highly preferred but not mandatory)Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English with excellent communication skills in both languagesDemonstrated track record of success in sales, lead generation, and client relationship managementStrong experience with cold calling techniques and appointment setting strategiesAbility to work during Eastern Standard Time business hoursSelf-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity for working with Latin American clients
