Descripción del trabajoA minimum of 6 years of experience in Java backend development. Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. Proven ability to work proactively and as part of a team. Demonstrated empathy towards team members and stakeholders. A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving project goals. Advanced English C1 - C2 proficiency is required. This role is available in Mexico City and Guadalajara. Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. Hybrid working model. Java Backend Developer Senior - Hybrid Ciudad de Mexico and Guadalajara

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement robust and scalable RESTful web services using the Spring framework (Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security).
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code to enhance our backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration and performance.
- Maintain and improve CI / CD pipelines, utilizing technologies such as Docker, Jenkins, or Concourse.
