Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years in a Sales and Business Development role
Education : Bachelor of Engineering; preferably with MBA
Bus & Coaches OEM & AM - HVAC system integrator - Bus Body Builders, Bus Fleet Company- EV Bus- Truck and Commercial Vehicles - Automotive
Business Development and Sales of SPAL Products for all customers located in Mexico.
Meeting customers, OEMs, AM and final customer on daily basis and keep abreast of Market developments.
Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels. Conduct market analysis & competitor intelligence to provide actionable insights and for business growth ( HVAC, Bus Body Builders, Bus Fleet Company, ect.. )
Review periodically the Budget and sales plan
Tracking of all the Tenders by Govt. Meeting KRAs covering profitable sales, new business development and receivables from customers
Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Key account Management.
Prior exposure to OEMs for sales, automotive, HVAC, Bus / Trucks, Agricultural, Construction / Off Highway applications
