Role

We are looking for a Content Creator Specialist (english proficiency) to join Socialmood.

This is an executional and strategic role within IE University's Social Media team, focused on content creation and AI-enhanced production.

What will your mission be?

The Content Creator Specialist will bring platform-native thinking, creativity, and agility to help grow engagement and brand visibility across IE's key digital channels.

We're looking for a digitally fluent, creative, and self-driven person that will play a key role in conceptualizing and producing social-first content, experimenting with AI tools, and ensuring every piece aligns with IE University's brand voice and storytelling objectives.

What is the team like?

You will be part of the Socialmood team, surrounded by professionals with innovation and creativity in their DNA, dedicated to delighting their clients.

Our team has specialized knowledge in various areas of digital marketing : Social Media & Content Creator, Design & Creativity or Project Management.

How will you do it?

You'll develop and execute social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms like X and LinkedIn.

You'll write compelling, SEO-aware copy for posts, carousels, short videos, and other formats.

You'll identify emerging social trends and creatively adapt them to fit IE's audience and tone of voice.

You'll apply platform-native storytelling techniques to maximize engagement and reach.

You'll use tools such as ChatGPT, Edits, CapCut, Midjourney, etc. to accelerate content ideation, copywriting, video editing, and production workflows.

You'll stay updated on new AI capabilities and suggest innovative ways to integrate them into the content process.

You'll support the coverage of events at IE.

You'll be responsible for providing user support on social media and managing online communities.

You'll manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

You'll support the Social Media team in coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, freelance creators, and user-generated content creators within the IE community.

You'll monitor audience behaviors and engagement trends to propose relevant and resonant content ideas.

You'll use social listening insights to inform content decisions and storytelling angles.

What do we offer?

Intensive work schedule from June 15th to September 15th

24 days of vacation + Advertising Industry Day + 3 extra days (we give you December 24th, December 31st, and your birthday)

Hybrid attendance model : a minimum of two days per week in the office (between Tuesday and Thursday).

The offices are open Monday to Friday for anyone who wishes to use them.
