Automation and New Technologies Engineer

At TPI Composites – Ciudad Juárez and Matamoros we are looking for talent passionate about automation and new technologies to join our team and drive innovation programs in the wind energy industry.

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and ensure the operation of the BladeAssure system on site.
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (WI, PFMEA, inspections, etc.).
• Serve as the “on the floor” reference for the implementation of new technologies.
• Train the production team and ensure proper process hand-off.
