Launch Strategist

Job Description :

As a key member of our launch team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing effective launch strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive launch plans, ensuring seamless coordination across functional teams.

You will work closely with regulatory reviewers to prepare agendas, capture minutes, highlight action items, and identify interdependencies to drive accountability and progress.

Additionally, you will facilitate launch meetings, manage cross-functional communications, and collaborate with functional leads to define Day 0 activities, establish timelines, and monitor progress.

Throughout the launch process, you will provide ongoing launch oversight, offering continuous guidance on the launch plan, including timeline and progress tracking, reporting, change control, RAID log management, and mitigation planning.

Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure operational readiness and execute a successful launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project management, product launches, cross-functional program coordination, and understanding of MLR approval process.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Experience with tools such as Veeva PromoMats, Box, JIRA, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs, change control processes, and milestone tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in facilitating meetings, preparing executive-level documentation, and managing cross-functional communications.
