Responsibilities
1. assist in planning brand positioning and communication strategy for Xpeng Motors in Mexico;
2. assist in the development of annual brand plan, including but not limited to brand awareness enhancement, brand reputation enhancement, event placement, fan acquisition, customer club establishment and management;
3. have the ability to plan and execute ATL, BTL, content production, advertisement placement and dealer promotion, media third party cooperation and control;
4. Manage and control advertising and PR budget to maximize resource utilization;
5. interfacing with media organizations, leading media development and execution across all communication channels, writing press releases, monitoring releases and results;
6. leading the setup of social media platforms and official websites, developing strategies and creating content, monitoring results;
7. planning brand / product launch events and execution;
8. Maintain media relations and plan media events, including but not limited to daily communication and event invitation;
Requirements
1 .5+ years of experience in automotive marketing, branding and PR etc.;
2. rich local media, KOL, KOC resources and relationships;
3. professional English communication skills; excellent communication and coordination skills, planning skills and execution skills;
4. accept short-term business trips to China or other markets;
5. have certain government, association resources.
