Network Engineer

We are now looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing design optimization and audit of a network to meet customer requirements.

The position is applicable for design & optimization of RAN (3G, 4G and 5G).

You'll be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales establishment and service delivery until customer acceptance.

The role focuses on executing design, audit and optimization of services, basic troubleshooting supported by optimization and design tools (Atoll, Tems Investigation, Ericsson Operations Engine), where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process.

Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.

• What you will do?
• Participate in knowledge sharing activities
• Collect and document customer requirements
• Identify and solve network issues
• Identify and develop automation opportunities
• To execute delivery process and propose improvement opportunities within it
• You will bring
• Education : Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
• 2-5 years' experience of deploy system test and lead testing team.
• Advanced technical knowledge in the network area of working (Radio : 3G, 4G and / or 5g)
• Analytical skills
• Teammate demeanour
• Good communication and English Skills
