As Site Manager, you'll be the senior leader of the plant, responsible for driving operational excellence, championing a quality turnaround, and shaping the culture of the site to meet world-class manufacturing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of site operations, including production, quality, safety, and supply chain.Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.Partner with global leadership to execute a quality transformation plan in alignment with OEM standards.Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Develop, mentor, and inspire a strong leadership team on-site.Ideal ProfileProven experience in plant / site management within automotive, heavy equipment, or Tier 1 manufacturing.Strong background in quality systems and operational excellence.Track record of leading cultural or turnaround initiatives.Effective communicator with the ability to influence across all levels.Lean / Six Sigma experience strongly preferred.Why Join?
