We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Player-Coach SDR Leader who can generate pipeline while building a scalable outbound sales process.
Role Overview In this hybrid role, you will be both a top-performing SDR (generating Sales Qualified Leads) and the coach who builds, trains, and manages a small SDR team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing Woliba’s value proposition and creating a strong foundation for our outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities As a Player : Prospect into target accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
