We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage shipping operations and customer service.

Key responsibilities include submitting bookings, managing bookings with the shipping lines, following up on invoices downloaded from shipping line platforms, and payment requests until posted with shipping lines.

Additionally, the candidate will provide customer service through email and telephone as needed, follow up through the operational process with customers, coordinating operations with shipping lines, transportation partners, customs brokers, other offices, and agents.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a freight forwarder or maritime product and possess adaptability to change and strong analytical skills.

Required skills include incoterms knowledge, experience with cargo wise system or similar, English language proficiency at an advanced level, and knowledge of shipping lines in Mexico and familiarity with shipping line platforms.

A successful candidate will have established relationships with main shipping lines in Mexico.
