About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us design, build, and sustain the infrastructure that will support the experience of thousands of older adults across Mexico. You will play a critical role in enabling a secure, reliable, and scalable system to serve our members and operational teams. More details below, but we are looking for someone who can work across the stack with a stronger inclination to the backend side.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex features or critical workflows.
• Lead debugging of difficult production issues with calm focus.
• Coach and unblock others; mentor other engineers.
• Champion engineering excellence (reliability, testing, maintainability).
