🌟 B2B Sales Representative (Staffing & Recruitment Services)

This is a full-time remote job opportunity for a bilingual working environment. Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.

Work schedule : Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm CST (this will accommodate your time zone) - Weekends off

Salary offer : $35,000.00MXN net payment (somewhat of a contractor arrangement) + accounting support + medical insurance + competetive commission plan.

We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to join our remote team and help U.S. and Canadian companies discover the best talent across Mexico and LATAM. 🇲🇽🌎

🚀 What You'll Do

  • Research your prospects — get to know their world before you reach out.
  • Drive outreach through personalized email campaigns and strategic cold calls (around 30 per day).
  • Lead engaging virtual demos and consultative presentations, guiding prospects from curiosity to close.
  • Build lasting relationships by offering recruitment solutions that truly solve client needs.
  • Network like a pro on LinkedIn and other digital channels to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Keep your CRM (HubSpot) sharp and organized — notes, updates, follow-ups, all on point.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to keep everyone aligned on client progress and feedback.
  • Hit your goals (and celebrate when you do 🎉) in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

💡 What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Advanced or native English — you can hold natural business conversations.
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
  • Proven success selling to U.S. or Canadian clients.
  • You know the sales cycle inside out — from discovery to deal-closed-and-celebrated.
  • CRM savvy (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo — you name it).
  • Organized, proactive, and excited about working 100% remotely.
  • Based in Mexico and available to work aligned with North American time zones.
