Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Engineering Management, Product Development, and Organizational Transformation in the automotive, e-mobility, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience in P&L management, engineering projects, and engineering center development.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of engineering projects based on deliverables.
• Academic qualifications : Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Systems Engineering, or related field.
