FSP - Contract Negotiator in Mexico

Support the delivery of all required start-up contracting activities for selected sponsors, studies, or multi-protocol programs as determined by the agreed algorithm or the Sponsor's requirements, including pre-award activities.

Essential Functions

• Develop investigator grant estimates and proposal text to support proposal development.
• Utilize and maintain contract and budget templates, contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials according to the Scope of Work and Project Plan within the agreed project strategy.
• Ensure collaboration and communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and RSU regions and countries to deliver the project scope in compliance with sponsor requirements and the RSU Management Plan.
• Provide operational and financial contracting support to facilitate business development, trial initiation, and maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist in creating and reviewing scientific, technical, and administrative documentation to support study initiation and maintenance.
• Collect, interpret, analyze, and disseminate contracting intelligence to support studies and the wider company.
• Ensure contracting efficiency, adhere to timelines and financial goals, and report on contracting performance and scope deviations.
• Comply with contract management and quality standards. Provide support to investigator site contract analysts, managers, and directors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems (especially CTMS), databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
