Royal Caribbean Group’s Global eCommerce has an exciting full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer position reporting to the Sr. Manager, Site Reliability Engineering . This role is on-site in Mexico City.

Position Summary

The Senior SRE will support the Royal Caribbean website, using application and user performance data to inform decision-making. Responsibilities include triaging critical incidents, analyzing bugs, implementing best practices, optimizing infrastructure, and collaborating across teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Critical Incident Support : Review tickets, understand architecture, escalate issues, communicate incident details, document, and perform postmortems.
• Monitor and Optimize Systems : Provide insights into performance metrics, understand key metrics, prioritize bug fixes, and report deployment performance.
• Ensure System Reliability and Performance : Adjust health thresholds, create dashboards, maintain alerting tools.
• Collaboration : Maintain communication channels with teams to ensure updates are shared.
