Position Overview

We're currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers achieve success with our platform.

What You Will Do

  • Assist Shopify merchants with their onboarding over video calls
  • Answer their questions about the platform, help them with their setup, and constantly collect their feedback
  • Be their advocate – share their feature requests with the product team and track their statuses
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively address risks to customer satisfaction before they even escalate
  • Collaborate closely with other teams, including Sales, Product, Support, etc.

Requirements

  • Self-disciplined mentality and the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
