Cloud Engineer Sr.

Overview

Then our team as a ¡ Sr. Cloud Engineer! . The Cloud Engineer provides analysis, development, and operational support of servers, storage, virtualization, and networking solutions, including defining, analyzing, creating, and supporting new services or solutions, modification and development of new functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage Azure cloud enviroments to support our organization’s applications and services
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection
• Monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure performance, reliability, and cost effectiveness
• Increase operational efficiency via automation, day to day administrative task, and monthly maintenance
• Collaborate with additional IT teams, such as Security, Development, IDAM, Network, MSP, DevOps, and contractors
• Conduct root cause analysis for service disruption and help implement preventive measures
• Create, enhance and maintain documentations for continuous improvement
• Develop project sustainment mechanisms including reports, auditing capabilities, or changes that need to occur in other processes, systems, role definitions, etc
• Support incident response and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents to prevent their recurrence.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
