Senior Tolerance Engineer

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Tolerance Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for performing dimensional analysis and collaborating with quality control processes.Key Responsibilities : Perform detailed tolerance analysis to ensure parts fit and function correctly.Develop and manage tolerance stacks to meet design requirements.Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.Support simulation to confirm process, design, tooling, and structure.Build 3DCS models for tolerance simulation and analysis.Qualifications : To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.Minimum 1 year experience in 3DCS software.2-5 years of experience as a Tolerance Engineer.Experience in developing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) from scratch.Knowledge of tolerance stack analysis and simulation.About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer to make a real impact in our organization.
