Planning Director

Overview

The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a day to day basis. This is to ensure that their teams are delivering plans that deliver against client objectives whilst balancing agency trading objectives.

Responsibilities

• 管理团队成员以实现其个人成长目标
• 监督团队的产出，对团队所生成的任何文件提供质量控制
• 了解所做的规划决策所产生的交易影响，确保实现代理商和客户的目标
• 了解并确保每个团队成员都充分了解并能实现客户关键绩效指标 / 目标
• 支持客户总监，确保为团队筛选出客户和公司的优先事项
• 向上管理，确保快速、及时地解决任何挑战
