Overview

Full Stack Engineer (Senior / Lead) ID41207 at AgileEngine. AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that creates award-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and startups across 17+ industries. The team focuses on application development and AI / ML with a people-first culture.

The project duration is 6 months.

What you will do

Develop and maintain robust, scalable solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL
Lead the product development process in collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and other stakeholders
Build polished, high-touch user interfaces
Design and implement scalable solutions
Enhance 3D modeling integrations, data processing pipelines, and interactive property models
Improve existing code through refactoring and optimization
Collaborate with engineers to architect reliable systems
Ensure high-quality code delivery through unit and end-to-end testing
Continuously improve development processes and system performance
Make a measurable impact on user experience for construction and skilled trades customers

MUST HAVES

5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in backend technologies like Ruby on Rails and frontend frameworks such as React

Experience with building RESTful architectures and / or GraphQL APIs

Proficiency in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud) and experience with building scalable applications that support complex workflows

Working hours : Overlap with Pacific Time preferred (8 AM – 4 PM PT), not strictly required

Upper-Intermediate English level

NICE TO HAVES

Experience with Java, C# development

Product growth and lifecycle management experience

Technical leadership experience guiding engineers from concept to delivery

Team leadership experience and an engineering-driven mindset

Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and Legal

Ownership mentality with end-to-end feature responsibility
