HYBRID POSITION IN GUADALAJARA
Experience Required : 5 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Hands On with proven complex problem-solving acumen.
- Lead design and architecture efforts across complex enterprise solutions built on Microsoft
technologies (Angular / ASP.NET, REST API, Elastic Search, SQL Server, Gen AI Fundamentals,
Visio, Design Patterns, Integrations using REST, Webhooks, SOAP, Messaging and File-based).
Fluency in English & Spanish (reading, writing, and comprehension) is required for this roleCollaborate with PMs, Architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translatebusiness needs into technical deliverables
Liaison between Offshore Architects and Customer Stakeholderso Act as the primary point of contact for design and architectural discussions onsite.
o Translate and present the architectural vision provided by Offshore Architects to
Customer Architects and Technical Teams.
o mutual understanding and alignment on design decisions
o Build core modules, APIs, and system integrations
o Proven ability to understand complex enterprise-grade problems
o Translate Customer information to Offshore Architects
? System Mapping : Map the customer's technical landscape and translate itin a comprehensive way so that this information can be consumed by
offshore architects (system architecture document would be ideal).
? Knowledge Transfer : Ensure that key insight about the customer'stechnology environment (e.g., legacy systems, third-party integrations, data
flows) are passed accurately and clearly to offshore teams.
? Identify Gaps and Constraints : Identify and communicate any gaps,limitations, or constraints in the customer's system that might affect the
solution design.
? Feedback Loop : Establish a feedback loop where customer system detailsare continuously reviewed and updated by both customer and offshore
teams.
? Bridge the Communication Gap : Act as the bridge between the offshorearchitects and customer teams, ensuring that the offshore team's solutions
align with the customer's system and infrastructure.
? Clarify Requirements : Ensure that both customer requirements andtechnical constraints are clarified and understood by the offshore team.
? Requirement Meetings : Organize and participate in meetings to gatherdetailed Technical requirements from the customer to solve a business
problem.
? Change Management : Communicate any changes in customer systemrequirements to offshore architects and ensure alignment with project
deliverables.
Familiarity with Agile methodologiesEnsure adherence to non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, andsecurity.
Exposure to railroad operations and systems preferredFacilitate effective communication between technical and functional teams acrossgeographies.
Contribute to product engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectivesand technical goals.
Flexible to take calls with offshore teams and manage time zone-based availabilityQualifications :5 to 7 years of experience in Integrations / IT systems development in the transportation /Railroad domain.
Preference would be given to candidates with deep domain North America
railroads.
