Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager atour new start-up manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexicofor our Koch-Glitsch business.This role is pivotal in establishing a robust quality framework that ensures our operations align with industry standards, particularly ISO 9001. You will be responsible for implementing quality management strategies that drive excellence and compliance, supporting the facility’s success from the ground up.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that complies with ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead initiatives to drive quality assurance and control processes across the facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement KPIs.
• Ensure product quality through inspections, testing and validation processes.
• Utilize data analysis and problem-solving techniques to drive improvements and reduce variability.
• Interface with customers on quality-related matters, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain and update quality documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to align quality objectives with customer needs.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators to senior leadership.
• Liaise with external auditors and certifications bodies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
