Ventes has partnered with a leading international technology company to hire a Sales Specialist to support business expansion across Latin America.

We’re seeking a motivated, bilingual professional with a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a drive to develop new business opportunities across diverse markets.

  • Remote only CDMX

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand market presence by identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients.
  • Engage with customers through calls, emails, and on-site visits to understand their needs and present product solutions.
  • Execute distribution programs and support the development of new distribution channels.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and company presentations for prospective clients and partners.
  • Manage ongoing projects : liaise with client project leaders, gather specification requirements, track progress, and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Coordinate product shipments and customs clearance as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (STEM-related field preferred).
  • English and Spanish – both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout Mexico and other Latin American countries.
  • 0–3 years of B2B sales or government project experience, ideally in high technology, security, drone, or anti-drone industries.
