Dealer Credit Analyst

Purpose :

Credit Granting to Dealer Network with the minimum risk for DTFS and in compliance with established corporate policies. Service to the Dealers network to respond to their needs for credit and financial services. Inventory control, legal documentation coordinate and collection activities to the Dealer network.

Resposibilities :

  • Information Request from the assigned Dealers according to the annual schedule, to analyze the qualitative and financial information, in order to detect possible risks, giving recommendations and strategies to reduce them; Responsible to elaborate credit studies that propose and request the approval of corresponding credit facilities, complying with current credit and product policies and processes.
  • Perform collections of curtailments, capital loans and any other payment obligation of their assigned dealers, maintaining delinquency levels under 30 days, month after month.
  • Maintain negotiations with the assigned Dealers regarding requested guarantees or conditions that must be met, also manage and control inventory levels and to manage the approved credit.
  • Validate that all credit facilities granted and renewals are fully supported with the updated legal information of the Dealer through contracts and promissory notes.
  • Manage the conditions under which the credit lines were approved. In addition, permanently manage that. all dealers need and request fulfill all process and credit rules.
  • Monitor the available balances of all the approved Credit lines of the assigned dealerships, in addition to controlling their risk levels and, if there are deviations, identify their causes and propose solutions. The analyst is also in charge of purpose and track changes to processes and policies. Some reports need to be done by this position.

Education :

Scholarship : Administrative Economics Degree (Graduated)

Languages (s) Business English.

Work Experience : At least 5 years in credit, finance and / or Floor Plan and Audit operations. Management of medium and large clients. Strong Financial acumen.

Hard Skills

a) Technical skills : Microsoft office. Advanced Excel and Basic knowledge of risk analysis.

b) Personal skills : Good negotiator, easy communication, highly organized, multi-task.
