Job Description

We are looking for an Ad Sales Senior Manager driving CTV Market.

Key Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve advertising sales targets

Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities for collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, production) to deliver high-quality ad campaigns that meet client expectations

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies affecting advertising

Identify new business prospects and develop targeted outreach strategies to attract potential advertisers

Prepare proposals outlining campaign objectives, target audiences, pricing structures, and ROI projections

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals

Monitor performance metrics, analyze data insights, and adjust tactics to optimize campaign effectiveness

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in media planning / buying, account management, or similar roles within the advertising industry

Proven track record of achieving / exceeding sales quotas and building long-term client partnerships

Strong communication skills – both verbal and written – enabling persuasive presentations and negotiations

Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
