Objective :

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Production Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is directly involved with product and process. This role requires a team player, high drive, and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll lead and optimize all operations activities to ensure our products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage production operations through direct supervision and by coaching front-line supervisors, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop and execute the production schedule, monitor performance, and take action to drive efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve throughput.
• Actively participate on the floor—supporting teams, removing obstacles, and promoting a “lead by example” mindset.
• Analyze and improve production methods and processes to enhance quality and productivity.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production metrics and results.
• Work cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive the validation and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and resource plans; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements in layout, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency.
