What are we looking for?

We are seeking for an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in leading teams, solid knowledge of the metal-mechanical industry and hands-on experience managing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) areas.

Experience in managing the full HR cycle :

Onboarding and Training
Talent Management and Development
Payroll and Compensation
Labor and Union Relations
Recruitment
Culture and Internal Communication

Requirements :

Proven experience leading people.

Proficient in legal requirements related to Health, Safety and Environment.

Skilled in leading the ISO 14001 : 2015 Environmental Management System.

Experience with IATF 16949 : 2016 is preferred.

Advanced English : C1 - C2 level.
