Job Description :

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting the best talent to join our growing sales team and other key areas of the company. We are looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and strategic in helping us expand our team with highly qualified professionals to drive our success in the tourism and vacation club industry.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the full recruitment cycle : job posting, screening resumes, interviews, candidate evaluation, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure we capture the best talent in the market.
• Build and manage recruitment pipelines, including job fairs, online platforms, and university outreach.
• Evaluate and select candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with team leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruitment of ideal candidates.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Comply with company recruitment policies and legal requirements.
