Recruitment Specialist (Mexico)

We are looking for a Mexico-based freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our international HR team. This role is responsible for sourcing and hiring Sales Representatives across the United States for our Italy-based company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headhunting, talent sourcing, and recruitment strategies, with proven expertise using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment cycle , from sourcing to onboarding, for remote Sales Representatives in the USA
• Actively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job platforms
• Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Utilize ATS systems (Teamtailor experience is a strong plus) to efficiently track and manage candidates
• Ensure weekly KPI targets for sourcing and interviewing are consistently met
• Stay up to date with market trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies
