Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake and SnapLogic to join our Enterprise Data Management team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to design and implement cloud data solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery across the full development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with data architects, cloud engineers, and analytics teams while guiding junior resources and offshore delivery teams.

What You'll Do

Design, build, test, and deploy data pipelines using Snowflake + SnapLogic

Lead ETL / ELT development and enforce best practices in data quality, security, and governance

Analyze source systems, perform data modeling, and support cloud data modernization initiatives

Troubleshoot performance and data issues, ensuring reliability across environments

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions

Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams

Required Skills & Experience

~5+ years in Data Engineering or Data Management

~ Strong SQL proficiency

~ Hands-on experience with :

~ Snowflake (data modeling, performance optimization, orchestration)

~ SnapLogic (pipeline development, integration best practices)

~ Experience in cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

~ Working knowledge of Python or another programming language

~ Experience in Agile delivery and CI / CD for data projects

~ Conversational English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Data Quality, MDM, Data Governance exposure

BI and Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, etc.)

Version control tools (Git)

Consulting experience with direct customer interaction
