About the role

Responsibilities

• Analizar bases de datos y correos electrónicos para detectar hallazgos a nivel de inconsistencias en el proceso de pago y cobranza de acuerdos comerciales, negociaciones, facturas y créditos.
• Capturar los datos de los hallazgos en la hoja de cálculo, para que la reclamación sea enviada al proveedor estableciendo las expectativas al respecto de los tiempos de resolución deseados.
• Colaborar y negociar con los proveedores o compradores por medio de correos y video-llamadas, para esclarecer dudas sobre los hallazgos y llegar a una resolución consensuada.
• Liderar sesiones con las unidades de negocio del cliente para recopilar información y / o escalar según el caso lo requiera medio del equipo de liderazgo y / o cliente.
• Capturar oportunamente los hallazgos dentro de la bitácora de cobros pendientes y proporciona el seguimiento necesario para que sean progresivamente resueltos.
• Generar reportes de indicadores de desempeño del negocio.
• Identificar y liderar la implementación de nuevas auditorias.
• Ejecutar revisiones de calidad y posteo de ajustes contables.
• Gestionar la resolución de consultas de proveedores y comerciales al respecto de los cobros aplicados.
