We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day functioning of our mortgage and real estate operations.
This is a dynamic role combining direct client support, team management, and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities include drafting public deeds, coordinating with notaries and banks, requesting budgets and capital gains calculations, and reviewing documentation.
Requirements :
We require strong communication skills, customer service mindset, well-organized, and a high sense of responsibility. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with platforms such as MLS, CRM, and bank portals. Experience handling complex or sensitive matters and communicating with international clients in English essential.
